Wellington Botanic Garden in summer

I previously mentioned Wellington’s botanic gardens when I visited last year in winter, but I thought it would be worth documenting the summer views of the gardens too. The greenhouse, in particular, has a gorgeous array of colorful flowers!

For summer views, it is best to visit between December and February.

These leaves are really addictive to look at. Anyone read the manga Uzumaki? Totally reminds me of that <3

Manuka flowers. Or Kanuka flowers? We will never know ;;;

I hope this will help you decide when to visit the Wellington botanic garden if you’re coming to Wellington for a rare trip!

    I Love places like that ! It’s beautiful and it reminds me of Rockefeller Greenhouse,Cleveland,Ohio.There is another nice botanical garden in Ohio,Franklin Park Conservatory,in Columbus.I’m planning to take ” my two girls ” and their grandmother there when they get out of school at the end of May. 🙂 I’m thinking of the Garden of Eden when I look at your pictures.Rin,did you know that the Earth was created twice? Genesis 1:1 describes the Earth that was created with dinosaurs and all sorts of prehistoric life. Then,billions of years go by,and during that time prehistoric life was wiped out and lucifer cast out of heaven down to the earth ( Rev 12:7,8,9 KJV , Luke 10:18 KJV , Ezekiel 28:11-17 KJV.We then find the Earth being recreated in Genesis 1:2,with the first human beings!……. Have an awesome day!! -David ☼

    • Franklin Park Conservatory sounds like a wonderful trip destination!

      I am no longer Christian, but thank you for the insight – I didn’t know about those scriptures. Hope you have an awesome day too!
