Over the past few months, I feel like I’ve dulled down a lot of gyaru fashion.
I rarely wore full makeup, or got properly dressed up. The only serious point of maintenance were my nails – and even my nails this month aren’t exactly extravagant.
That’s why, when I ran into this 30 day challenge recently while browsing Adventures of Angel and Moe Tales (originally created by Lizzie and Bunny), I thought I should really take it on as a chance to reconnect with my love of the gyaru style!
Below are the 30 challenges, and they will be updated to links as I complete them!
Let’s see if I can do this through the month of September! 😀

If you are partial to a certain fashion substyle (such as gyaru), I highly encourage you to give this challenge a go. It’s not difficult to modify for another style since there aren’t that many style-specific questions :3
A challenge like this will bring back and solidify the passion that you felt towards the style if you’ve been feeling a little cold on it recently. And best of all, it’s a great way to reminisce on your journey through the style!
Also, if you do try this challenge, please link me your post in the comment below. I’d love to see what other fashionistas have been through in their style journey!
